Is Sweet Service SOCADEL?
No. Sweet Service is an independent facilitation company. We do not represent any public or private body and cannot guarantee an outcome that depends on a third party.
Is the information free?
Yes, reading processes, documents and contacts is completely free. Only personalised support (preparing and following up a file) may be charged, and always after you accept a quote.
How is the quote calculated?
The quote always separates official fees (paid to the body, e.g. SOCADEL) from Sweet Service support fees. You are free to accept or decline it.
How are my documents protected?
Your documents are stored in a private area, accessible only to you and our authorised team, never publicly. Every access is logged.
Which document formats can I send?
PDF, JPG or PNG depending on the document (usually 5 MB maximum). A clear photo taken with your phone is enough.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone with your account number: we will give you a temporary password to change as soon as you log in.
How long does a process take?
Each service page shows estimated times per step. The final time depends on the body concerned; you can track progress in real time in your space.
